1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Alinflow, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Service Usage

Alinflow provides DNS management services. You agree not to use the service for:

• Hosting DNS records for illegal content, phishing, or malware distribution.
• Launching DDoS attacks or network abuse.
• Reselling the service without explicit permission.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these usage policies immediately.

3. API Usage

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Alinflow API. You agree not to abuse the API or exceed reasonable rate limits.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is". Alinflow hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Alinflow be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.
